A digital mockup is included in the purchase of a full faceup. It will be reviewed by the customer before the head is touched.Tips are not required but GREATLY appreciated 🥹🩷

Faceup Waiting Time & ProcessPlease note that the estimated waiting time for faceup commissions may vary depending on several factors, including weather conditions. For instance, extreme humidity, temperature, or other environmental factors can affect the drying time and quality of the paint. I always strive to provide the best possible results, and will keep you updated throughout the entire process! You’ll receive multiple progress updates as I work on your commission, so you’ll always know where your doll is in the queue.Deposit & Payment TermsA 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any work begins on your faceup commission. This deposit will be deducted from the final total of your commission. This helps ensure that both parties are committed to the project and that I can secure the necessary materials and time for your custom faceup. Failure to comply will result in being blacklisted.
Shipping Fee & Final PaymentOnce your faceup is completed, you will be provided with an invoice for the remaining shipping fee. Please note that this shipping fee must be paid within 2 weeks of the faceup's completion. This is to ensure that I can send your doll home to you in a timely manner and continue with my schedule of commissions.If the shipping fee is not paid within the 2-week window, the faceup will unfortunately be disposed of and no refund will be issued. This policy is in place to protect both my time and resources, as well as to maintain an efficient workflow. I do my best to complete each commission with care and dedication, and I hope that you understand the need to follow through with the final payment to receive your doll.I am always happy to work with you if you’re having trouble with payment or need extra time—just please reach out to me as soon as possible. Communication is key, and I’m more than willing to accommodate if there’s a valid reason for delay, but please note that after the 2-week period, no exceptions can be made.Thank you so much for your cooperation and understanding! I will never replicate another artist’s faceup or try to mimic existing work. Each character I create is designed to be unique and one-of-a-kind for every client. If you’re looking for a true custom faceup, I will work closely with you to make sure we create something beautiful and distinct together.Payments:
All payments for commissions are to be made via PayPal Friends and Family.
